What is a flash tattoo? A flash tattoo is a pre-made design from a page of stencils that is ready to be tattooed onto a client’s body. These custom flash pieces are traditionally made to be one of a kind, but I am willing to repeat my flash designs for multiple clients.
In other cases a client may commission a tattoo artist to create a unique and custom piece specifically for them.
